I was good on Saturday, Sunday I didn’t count.. very naughty of me. :/
Today: banana, almonds, egg sammich, grilled chicken, steamed broccoli, red sauce, a glass of almond milk

Oh! and even though I don’t think I’ve lost much weight for a couple of weeks.. I’ve totally slimmed again and was asked today if I’d lost more weight. Good feelings :3
